On the morning of September 25, Guangbo held the lean quarterly summary meeting. Factory directors, workshop directors, team leaders, production system department managers and relevant process personnel of all branches attended the meeting. Dai Guoping, executive deputy general manager of the group company, presided over the meeting. Wang Junping, general manager of the group company, attended the meeting and made an important speech.
The meeting reviewed and summarized the implementation of lean work of each branch workshop in the third quarter of 2019. Affirmed the achievements made in the third quarter, summed up advanced experience, analyzed the problems in the promotion process, and clarified the next promotion plan and requirements.
The directors of each branch plant summarized and shared the lean improvement cases of this quarter. The vice general principles of process technology commented on the lean improvement of each branch. In general, through various improvement measures in this quarter, each branch has effectively improved its production efficiency, improved product quality and production environment.
At the meeting, the outstanding teams and individuals in lean work in the past stage were also commended. Among them, Liu Weijun of Wenyi workshop, Li Huijun of wax paper coil workshop, Ran Shichuan of plastic workshop, won the excellent award of "looking for problems on video screen". In the 5S joint evaluation and inspection, wenyi workshop of industrial branch, excellent book workshop of no.3 paper products factory and auxiliary material workshop team of no.2 paper product factory won the top three.
As an important part of the conference, Wang Junping summarized the conference. He said that since lean management has been widely carried out, all employees have actively supported and put themselvesinto this work. It has improved the production environment, improved the working efficiency, reduced the hidden danger of safety and achieved good results. The company's lean work also realizes the process from quantitative change to qualitative change.
He stressed that lean management is a journey with only a beginning and no end. It is hoped that all staff and workers will continue to adhere to and carry forward Guangbo’s fine traditional style of work, establish a sense of overall situation and improve executive ability. He required people at all levels to have clear control, sound standards and standardized methods in lean work. We should constantly strive to improve the quality of our staff,lay a solid foundation for Guangbo’s furthur development and make greater contribution to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Guangbo.
